Business Friends of Education

Business Friends

A business relationship can be a great foundation for a friendship. If you’re starting a new business, you should be looking for business partners who share your work ethic and are able to solve issues amicably. You should also make sure that you and your business partner share similar values and goals. This will ensure that you have a productive working relationship.

The Business Friends of Education network is made up of businesses across Wisconsin, and its mission is to foster business-education relationships. Members’ values include talent development, community involvement, and fostering future employees. They also support Wisconsin-based employment opportunities. Companies applying to join the program are encouraged to consider becoming a member of this community, and recognition levels are based on the size of the business.

In the beginning, Sprout Social executives, led by co-founders Justyn Howard and Gil Lara, met in person. The three men were not sure what kind of company they wanted to start, but they were all working in the same industry. Aaron Rankin, who is also the CTO, introduced them to Peter Soung. Peter is the company’s director of engineering and growth.
